A WHOLE BUNCH OF HEROES

When we were just little kids, each time watching the cartoons in our television, often times we always gnashed our teeth whenever our favorite cartoon hero gets forfeiture. Whenever superman, wonder woman, batman, or the entire justice league gone into trouble made by the villains, we always comment that “no, it should be the heroes who triumph not the wicked villains.” But that were the old times, how about now who do you consider your hero?

For me being a hero is not having supernatural powers. Being a hero is about caring and being concerned unto others. Speaking of caring the person who comes into my mind is a mother, my mother.  My mother continuously supervises us in all our needs. Whenever we have something to crave for, she always does her best to provide it. Each time when we are sick, she is the one who gives full attention to us. So for me my mother is one of my heroes.
Another character of a hero, in my outlook is sacrificing his time for the concern of others. My father is one example. Instead of doing such recreational things for himself, he prefer working for our family. Sometimes when he has something for himself given by others, he never fails of sharing it into us, his children. He never minds if he has nothing left for himself. As long as we have something it is enough and in that way he becomes my hero.
A hero helps others in need and makes other people happy. My brother, in some times helps me in some of my needs in school. Whenever I don’t understand something in school, he is the one who helps me understand the lesson. Whenever I can’t do something well, he gives his open hands to us and teach us the right way.  In that way he makes me happy, and makes my mother happy as well. As what I've said makes my mother happy as well is because my mother becomes happy when she sees us not arguing instead helping each other. I also consider my sister as one of my heroes. It is because when I am in a bad mood she always comforts me in such a little way. In a little way of asking me what’s happening, why am I in a frown? That way I knew that she is also concerned with me.
I also have other heroes, my Lola, Lolo, aunties and uncles. They help our family in times of darkness, or when we are experience problems. They help us overcome our problem and never hesitate to share what they have to help us.
So if you’re going to ask me who is your hero, your demand is wrong because it must be the question, “Who are your heroes?”. I have many heroes, I have a whole bunch of heroes.
